Level 2 DC Charger Solution for Home Use
The project is based on the home charging needs of the US market. Typically, home grids only have single-phase one-phase and two-phase two-phase AC charging, whereas DC charging piles of 20 kW or more often require three-phase inputs, Qingdao Penoda developed this solution to address this issue.
In this scheme, we use three 7kW DC modules in parallel to form a 21kW DC charging station, and four 7kW DC modules in parallel to form a 28kW DC charging station. Each 7kW DC module has an input of 220V*32A, and the total input MAX of the three modules in parallel is 220V*96A. Under this input power, the total output power can reach 21kW, the output voltage range is 50-750V, and the maximum output current is 60A. Similarly, the four 7kW DC modules are connected in parallel to form a 28kW DC charging station, and the input voltage MAX is 220V*128A, the output voltage range is 50-750V, and the output current is 60A. The output voltage range is 50-750V, and the maximum output current is 80A.
