Installation instructions:
一、Input Power Distribution Box:
1.The power distribution box at the input end of each AC charging pile must be equipped with a leakage air switch.
2.The rated current of the leakage air switch should be no less than 100 A.
二、Circuit Breaker Selection:
1.Choose an adaptive molded case circuit breaker based on the current rating of the AC charging pile.
2.For a single AC charging pile, a 32 A breaker is required.
三、Power Cable Specifications:
1.The cables between the air breaker and the AC pile (power cables) must meet the rated current capacity of at least 32 A.
2.It is recommended to use single-phase AC power with a voltage range of AC 230V ± 10%.
3.For a 50 Hz power supply, use 5*16 mm² copper core cables.
四、Grounding:
1.Ensure proper grounding of the PE cable during the installation of the AC charging piles.
