PENODA R&D Department Holds Meeting on Optical Storage Charging Station Project

Recently, the R&D department of PENODA (Qingdao Pengda Electric Co., Ltd.) held a special technical review meeting to focus on the research and development of the photovoltaic-storage-charging integrated intelligent charging station project. Core technical backbones gathered to conduct in-depth discussions and program demonstrations, accelerating the product’s iterative development and market-oriented application.
 
At the meeting, the project leader presented the full-chain design scheme of the new-generation photovoltaic-storage-charging integrated charging station through 3D visualization technology. The product takes “clean energy self-consumption, intelligent peak shaving, and efficient charging” as its core logic, realizing the coordinated operation of photovoltaic power generation, energy storage regulation, and electric vehicle charging, which can effectively reduce the operating cost of charging stations and alleviate the pressure on the power grid.
 
The R&D team focused on three core technical directions in this meeting:
 
  • Intelligent Energy Management System: Realize the optimal allocation of photovoltaic, energy storage, and charging resources. During the daytime, solar energy is preferentially used for vehicle charging, and excess power is stored in the energy storage system; during peak electricity consumption or at night, the stored energy is released to ensure stable charging services, maximizing the utilization of renewable energy.
  • Modular Scenario Adaptation: Provide flexible modular construction solutions for different scenarios such as industrial parks, highway service areas, and commercial complexes. It supports customizable power configuration and multi-standard vehicle interface compatibility to meet diverse charging demands.
  • Full Life Cycle O&M Capability: Equipped with a cloud-based intelligent monitoring platform, it can realize real-time monitoring of equipment status, fault early warning, and remote diagnosis. Combined with OTA technology, it supports continuous functional iteration and performance optimization, providing operators with efficient and convenient after-sales service.
