The project is located in a modern apartment building in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Due to the increasing popularity of electric vehicles in the region, many property management companies of apartment buildings are looking to install electric vehicle charging stations in their car parks to meet the needs of their residents. However, the high power consumption of the charging stations has raised concerns among investors about the electrical load and the cost of electricity. Customised exterior design
Firstly, we provided a customised design for the charging station. The design not only harmonises with the modern style of the apartment building, but also ensures easy operation and safety of the charging station.
Commercial Dynamic Load Balancing System
To cope with the impact of the high power consumption of the charging stations on the building’s electrical system, we introduced a commercial dynamic load balancing solution. The system monitors the overall power consumption of the building in real time and intelligently distributes power according to demand, ensuring load balancing between the charging station and other power consuming equipment in the building.
Commercial OCPP Management Platform
The OCPP platform supports real-time data monitoring, remote control and maintenance scheduling, which greatly improves management efficiency. Administrators can use the platform to understand the usage of each charging pile, power consumption data and fault alarm information, so as to carry out timely maintenance and optimise the configuration to ensure the efficient operation of the charging station.
